電感耦合等離子體光譜儀的保養(yǎng)：
The maintenance of inductively coupled plasma spectrometer:
(1)氣體控制系統(tǒng)：ICP的氣體控制系統(tǒng)是否穩(wěn)定正常地運(yùn)行，直接影響到儀器測(cè)定數(shù)據(jù)的好壞，如果氣路中有水珠或其它固體雜質(zhì)等都會(huì)造成氣流不穩(wěn)定，因此，對(duì)氣體控制系統(tǒng)要經(jīng)常進(jìn)行檢查和維護(hù)。首先要做氣體密封試驗(yàn)，開啟氣瓶及減壓閥，使氣體壓力指示在額定值上，然后關(guān)閉氣瓶，觀察減壓閥上的壓力表指針，應(yīng)在幾個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)沒有下降或下降很少，否則說明氣路中有漏氣現(xiàn)象，需要檢查和排除。

(2)使用環(huán)境：電感耦合等離子體光譜儀與其它大型精密儀器一樣，需要在一定的環(huán)境條件下運(yùn)行，否則，不僅影響儀器的性能，甚至造成損壞，縮短壽命等。根據(jù)光學(xué)儀器的特點(diǎn)，對(duì)環(huán)境溫度和濕度有一定要求。如果溫度變化太大，光學(xué)組件受溫度變化的影響就會(huì)產(chǎn)生譜線漂移，造成測(cè)定數(shù)據(jù)不穩(wěn)定;而如果環(huán)境濕度過大，儀器的光學(xué)部件，特別是光柵容易受潮損壞或性能降低
(2) the use of the environment: inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer and other large-scale precision instruments, need to run under certain environmental conditions, otherwise, not only affects the performance of the instrument, or even cause damage, shorten the life. According to the characteristics of optical instruments, the environmental temperature and humidity have certain requirements. (3)每月用超聲波清洗霧化室、炬管、樣品噴射管;

(4)每四個(gè)月更換光譜儀上的風(fēng)扇過濾網(wǎng);

(5)測(cè)試有機(jī)樣品后用軟布清潔炬室，防止有機(jī)成分沉積;
(5) test of organic samples with a soft cloth to clean the torch room, to prevent the organic components of the sediment;
(6)進(jìn)樣管、蠕動(dòng)泵管、廢液管、墊圈等消耗品根據(jù)使用情況及時(shí)更換;
(6) sampling tube and peristaltic pump tube, waste pipe, gasket and other consumables according to the use of timely replacement;
(7)每年根據(jù)儀器公司提供的日常維護(hù)條款對(duì)儀器做全面保養(yǎng)。

所以使用電感耦合等離子體光譜儀一定要好好保護(hù)儀器，要合理的進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)與注意，出現(xiàn)故障就不要用了，有問題就要進(jìn)行修理。

電感耦合等離子體光譜儀注意事項(xiàng)： 送樣要求：液體，來樣標(biāo)明名稱、主要成分、待測(cè)元素大致含量。
Inductively coupled plasma spectrometer matters needing attention: sample delivery requirements: liquid, to indicate the name of the sample, the main component, the approximate content of the element to be measured.
樣品要求：
Sample requirement:
(1)試液需完全澄清。

(2)試液需pH≤7，鹽酸或硝酸濃度≤10%。

(3)試液中基體元素含量不得超過待測(cè)元素一萬倍。

(4)試液中若含有有機(jī)物必須作硝化處理后上機(jī)測(cè)定。
